Pages describing engagements, fees, and processes are informational. Binding scope, fees, and dates appear only in a signed engagement letter. Nothing on this site creates an auditor–client assurance relationship under Hong Kong Standards on Auditing.

Intellectual property

Site text, layout, and branding belong to Datasyncsuite unless otherwise noted. You may not copy substantial portions for commercial use without written consent. Count plans and coordination memos produced under engagement remain subject to the letter’s confidentiality and ownership clauses.

Acceptable use

To the fullest extent permitted by Hong Kong law, Datasyncsuite is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this website. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. Courts of Hong Kong have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from site use, subject to any dispute clause in an engagement letter.
